Hotel Brandan is looking for a chef for the ambitious à la carte restaurant, Húsagarður.
Every day we serve a sustainable and interesting à la carte menu. The ingredients are organic and traditional and we use Faroese recepies with a modern twist. Despite the good quality and high standard, our process of development is unpretentious – and we want to give our guests good and pleasant experiences.
Does this sound like something for you, to be able to put your mark on the menu? Then you may be the one that we are looking for.
· You are a skilled chef and love to cook
· You like to develop new menus
· You like to work in a busy environment, where no two days are the same
Terms of employment
Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable agreement within the hotel industry. This is a full-time job which can be for the summer season or longer.
